Morgan Dairy

Dairy Operations Connected to Farmers

Morgan Agrotech's dairy business connects milk collection with processing and product distribution. The dairy ecosystem brings together collection centres, testing, chilling, cold-chain transportation and pasteurisation.

The dairy business

Where Morgan began — and still the heart of the business

Dairy is where Morgan’s story started in 2013. It remains the business that touches the most farming households every day, from the first can poured at a village centre to the pasteurised milk that leaves the plant.

Farmer-linked collection

A collection network close to the farm

Village collection centres let farmers deliver milk close to home. Each centre is the point where milk enters Morgan’s chain — and where the farmer’s relationship with the company is built day by day.

Farmers can find a centre through the online directory or register their interest with the collection team.

Collection to quality checks

Six steps from the can to the pack

Each step is completed before the next begins. This is an operational overview, not a certification.

  1. 1

    Milk collection

Farmers bring milk to village collection centres across the network.

  2. 2

    Testing at collection

Milk is tested at the centre, including fat and SNF where applicable.

  3. 3

    Chilling

Collected milk is chilled to protect freshness before it moves on.

  4. 4

    Cold-chain transport

Chilled milk travels to processing through a cold chain.

  5. 5

    Pasteurisation

Milk is pasteurised on automated processing equipment.

  6. 6

    Quality checks

Checks continue at several stages before dispatch.

Chilling & cold chain

Keeping milk cold from village to plant

After testing, milk is chilled and moved in cold-chain transport to processing. Temperature control between collection and processing protects the milk that farmers have delivered.

Pasteurisation & quality checks

Automated processing with checks at several stages

At the plant, milk is pasteurised on automated equipment. Quality checks continue at multiple stages before dispatch. Certification marks will be shown only once documentation is supplied and approved.
