Inside cattle-feed manufacturing: from raw material to 50 kg pack

A step-by-step look at the five stages behind every bag of Morgan Pashu Aahar.

By Morgan Agrotech Editorial Team

Morgan Pashu Aahar is produced at a plant with an installed capacity of 200 tonnes per day. Behind that figure is a sequence of five stages that turn individual ingredients into a consistent, packed product.

Inspection and analysis

Raw materials are inspected on arrival. Samples then go to the nutritional laboratory, where they are analysed before production proceeds.

Weighing, mixing and pelleting

Automated weighing and mixing combine ingredients to the formulation for each variant. The mash is ground and pelleted, giving the feed its familiar form.

Cooling, checks and packing

Pellets are cooled, checked and packed into 50 kg bags — red for Doodhshakti, golden yellow for Hirashakti, purple for Manikshakti and green for Motishakti.

Each variant’s approved composition and feeding guidance is published on its own product page once reviewed by Morgan.
