120 KLPD grain-based distillery
Hire Bio Ethanol Agro Industries
A proposed grain-based ethanol distillery, with by-products such as DDGS that could connect back into cattle feed.

5,000 TCD cane crushing (planned)
Sugar project
A proposed sugar factory built around the farmer, putting molasses, bagasse and press mud to productive use.

Project questions
No. The ethanol, sugar and soya edible oil projects are all under development. Morgan’s operating businesses are dairy, cattle feed and agri-commodity trading.
It is a recognition granted by the Government of Maharashtra to the ethanol project on 11 July 2025 under state policy. It does not mean that construction or commissioning has taken place.
