Our founder
Leadership Rooted in Responsibility
Samadhan Sahebrao Hire is the founder, promoter and director of Morgan Agrotech Limited. His leadership connects the company’s dairy beginnings in Malegaon with its present operations and its plans for the future.
The early dairy journey
The journey began with dairy in 2013 in Malegaon, in North Maharashtra’s agricultural belt along the Girna and Mausam rivers — a region where milk is part of the daily economy of farming households.
Starting close to the village meant starting close to farmers. That proximity shaped the collection-centre model that still sits at the heart of Morgan’s dairy business.
Building Morgan Agrotech Limited
In 2014, Morgan Agrotech Limited was incorporated in Nashik. Under the founder’s direction the company extended beyond milk into cattle feed under the Morgan Pashu Aahar brand and into agri-commodity trading.
The same agricultural base informs the group’s development projects in ethanol, sugar and soya edible oil — all of which remain under development.
