Our journey
From a village dairy to an integrated business
Morgan’s story begins in Malegaon, on the Girna and Mausam rivers in North Maharashtra’s agricultural belt. The dairy journey and the company’s incorporation are two distinct milestones.

Milk collection starts in Malegaon, in North Maharashtra’s agricultural belt.

A network built village by village
Morgan reports more than 14,000 farmers connected through more than 300 milk collection centres across three districts, with milk collection of about 1.5 lakh litres a day.
The Sai Girna Multi-State Co-operative society supports village-level collection and processing, keeping the relationship close to where milk is produced.
